I worked for Technis, that offers building monitoring (Flow, space optimisation, Energy, Environnemental quality, visitor Behavior). With a presence in Europe, the USA and the Middle East, I have been working for a few months to develop the Asean market. I started at Technis as a project manager. Very quickly, I took over the direction of the group's operations. I participated in the creation of processes and tools to optimize all flows (from the improvement of customer service skills to the production and distribution of products). I also recruited and developed the Customer Success and Operations teams. This role allowed me to strengthen my managerial skills and to manage operations on an international scale.Before, I worked for Anniviers Tourisme SA where I was in charge of the events department. I was in charge of the smooth running of the events that took place in the region (4 ski resorts). I promoted the Val d'Anniviers through its heritage, its culture, its landscapes and its activities. Previously I worked for almost 9 years with Opus One, the main organizer of concerts and shows in Switzerland. I first worked as a promotion and press officer. I was in charge of the different marketing actions and promotion of the events organized by the company. I also took care of the media relations of the different artists who were performing in our country.In 2015, my position evolved and I administered large traveling exhibitions such as Lascaux, Titanic, Bodyworlds or The Art of the Brick that the company organized at Palexpo, Geneva. I supervised the smooth running of these events and acted as a link between the various partners and interlocutors. I set up the marketing and promotion channels and coordinated the administration and HR of these projects. I was also in charge of coordinating promotional projects for the Paleo Festival, the biggest music festival in Switzerland.Through my professional career, I have developed strong skills in communication, promotion, organization, management and administration. Sociable by nature, I know how to take initiatives and impose myself as a leader in the tasks entrusted to me, while knowing how to adapt easily to any type of environment. Good negotiator, I know how to find the right balance in all situations. My curiosity and my desire to learn push me to give the best of myself at all times by providing quality work.
