CurrentProvide leadership and management to chapters while leading the Board of Directors and volunteers. Implement AFSP's fundraising and program initiatives. Responsible for volunteer development and increasing awareness of the organization. > Fundraising - Lead and manage all fundraising events/projects for chapters including Out of the Darkness Community and Campus walks > Program Implementation - Supervise implementation of all AFSP programs to provide impact education while tracking impact. > Volunteer Development - Lead recruitment, orientation/trainings, and management of board, committees, as well as event and program volunteers. > Chapter Management and Community Outreach - Manage all chapter activities through an on-going implementation and evaluation of items in strategic plan, business plan and budget. Work to build relationships and partnership with local community leaders and organizations. > Grant Writing - Recently wrote and was awarded a $130,000 statewide grant for implementation of suicide prevention training for primary care offices across the state
