Sam has supported reward professionals with their career moves since 2016, delivering on reward leadership assignments, partnering with FTSE and overseas listed, privately owned and PE-backed global organisations, building reward functions for clients across sectors. Sam’s expertise includes remuneration committee, executive remuneration, governance & risk management, total reward, benefits & pensions, and global mobility.Scope of current and previous client work:-- Group Reward Director, (US Listed business)- Interim Head of Reward, (FTSE250 business)- Head of HRIS and HR data analytics, (privately owned business)- Interim Head of Reward, (Professional Services) Sam previously led the Reward, HR Analytics, HR technology and Payroll team at Oakleaf Partnership, a boutique HR recruitment business. Sam joined the BIE Executive’s People and Culture practice in April 2024 to build out their Total Reward Practice. Her focus is on senior level interim and search total reward, HR analytics and HR technology mandates both in the UK and internationally.
