Since 2000 I have held senior financial and operational roles across manufacturing, service, and technology companies. I have managed eight rounds of investment in three different companies with Angel and VC investors. My expertise is in both creating financial plans that maximize economic growth and putting life into financial reporting for shareholders, board members, and management teams. I have managed rapid growth as well as strategic contraction of operations to match timing of equity funds, market forces, and shifts in fundamental strategy. I am effective at constant cash management and strategic allocation of resources.Truly effective financial management does not happen without significant involvement in operations. For example, in my time in search marketing I worked with programmers to design reporting and operational procedures that pointed to a better customer experience.
