With a strong belief in Savannah’s unique economic growth opportunities, Sam focuses on investing in underutilized commercial properties, bringing revitalization and new purpose to emerging neighborhoods.Currently working across commercial and residential sales, leasing, property management, and vacation rentals, Sam is well-equipped to assist in any real estate transaction. He also offers portfolio consulting services, helping clients make informed acquisition decisions. As an investor, Sam is open to partnering with other investors through real estate syndications and is always eager to support and engage with the entrepreneurial community.Completing an extensive education at the University of Georgia, Sam is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Real Estate Finance, a Bachelor’s in Housing Management & Policy with an emphasis in Residential Property Management, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. His studies have been enriched by multiple trips to Europe, which fostered a love for international travel, culture, and architecture.Sam remains highly active in both Savannah and Georgia’s real estate communities. He holds memberships in the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, the St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee, the BC Alumni Association, the Savannah Yacht Club and GA Institute of Real Estate Management. This community involvement underscores his commitment to contributing meaningfully to the region’s growth and heritage.
