Through the summers of late high school years and freshman year of college I have had roles where I have a lot of 1-1 time with owners of small businesses such as freedom Four and the Plaza Bar and lounge. I have Gotten to see first hand all of the stresses and concerns of running a small business and what it looks like to have a strong team that you can work with and rely on. When I was on kitchen staff at The Plaza, I was "thrown into the fire" with a limited staff and learned how to manage stress in high pressure situations. This also taught me how to work where I'm needed and used to teamwork.I am currently Working on my Health and life insurance license which is required for me to intern at Northwestern mutual this upcoming summer.Through this internship I will continue growing on my strengths of working under pressure and Communication/Teamwork
