This is done in all aspects.As at October 2022, I am the only accredited liveability specialist in the Hawkesbury, and as a liveability specialist, I have undergone specialist training to identify 17 additional features on a home, that when used correctly not only reduce running costs but increase comfort. Been able to discuss these 17 things with buyers, sellers, tenants and investors sets me apart.In order to ensure that our team continues to perform at a high standard, and that we are at the forefront of our Environment, Social & Governance responsibilities as a company I implemented a number of policies since 2021.Things such as;1. Wellness Program for our team to feel safe, secure and valued2. A maternity policy to address the disparity in superannuation balances caused by maternity leave3.
