I have a background in both Accounting and Finance and I am skilled in Xero’s full functionality. I am collaborative and resilient. Most importantly, I act with integrity and kindness.I had four years of working experience in various fields, including Banking and Finance, Academic Counsellor and Retail Assistant, which allow me to work with many types of customers and develop my customer service skills. Especially, the role as a Bank Customer Officer enables me to handle a large volume of data with high attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, I am eager to learn new things and able to adapt quickly to a new environment with a positive attitude.
