Took over the PDP Lead Phase (U18/23s Manager) role after previous Manager left. Oversaw the PDP programme for 23 weeks. Taking 16 games as manager of the Youth Team and U23.

From November 2007 I have worked in a variety of different positions and roles at Peterborough United. I originally started as a Youth Scout in November 2007. From this position I progressed to become assistant manager to the under 11s for 2 seasons. Following on from this I held the position of under 9s manager 2010/2012 (2 seasons), under 10s manager 2012/2013 and under 11s manager 2013/14.
