The Plan is designed to roll out multiple projects that will significantly upgrade the Bruce Highway to bring it ‘out of crisis’ and meet acceptable Australian standards. The project includes the construction of both north and southbound overtaking lanes.SCOPECMC is responsible for all survey, clearing of vegetation, excavation and fill of embankments, landscaping and bitumen sealing. The team will also manage the detailed excavation of one major cutting which will be stabilised using soil nailing and shotcrete.
