Simplifying the Ecova architecture and enabling developers to experience the best parts of software engineering.The team has delivered an architecture which will position Ecova to maintain the leader in Energy & Sustainability. Ecova is actively architecting the future of energy and sustainability. This will be accomplished by data, insight and action. It was this directive which formed a small team to design the global strategy of architecture, services and markets for Ecova, which I am a principal member. This design has been identified by Ecova's parent company as a key strategy for digital transformation. This project is operating and represents millions of dollars of investment over several years. The project represents a business transformation with technology as a critical component to its success.

My role as Application Architect was created to assist Telect in the process of migrating data and legacy systems from Oracle to their new Epicor ERP solution.

Worked to assist organizations with identifying opportunities for improvements in processes with the use of technology. Applying our skills in software development, network management and process improvement to create solutions which where molded to specific organizational needs. This opportunity presented itself when my previous employer PHCO lost their core business partner. My business partner and I worked to build Rockfish Technologies customer base from the seed PHCO provided.

Managed the services, systems and development at PHCO. Lead the process of evaluating vendors to replace the Perot Health Information system. Established a Disaster Recovery plan as well as established relationships with vendors to support the recovery.

My role was to focus the efforts of the technology resources of the organization into delivering a world class Credit Union data processing solution. I lead a team of operators, technicians and developers in delivering a exceptional Credit Union data processing platform. Overseeing the network infrastructure, systems design and application development gave me a unique ability to make sure each component was the right fit for the overall delivery of the service.
