Sam Davis is a New Zealand born entrepreneur who believes that clear vision and collaboration with key people is the very best way to achieve the best possible outcome in any endeavor. At just 11 years old, Sam went along to a two day Roger Hamilon business seminar in Auckland. Always one to implement knowledge quickly, when the seminar was over, he went around all of the tables collecting the mackintosh lollies and sold them at school the next day for $5. He kept reading business books and watching world changing business people and at the end of school, he had some very different ideas to most of his university bound peers. After 2 years in the work force, he had saved $22,000 to buy a house and brought a mortgagee auction that he could add value to. Sam refinanced (using the equity as the deposit), resigned from his Drillers Assistant job and went full time into property developing.Over the last two and a half years, he has been involved in everything from finding properties to renovate to managing renovations to working with one of the best real estate agents in the country to managing his own developments. The market has since slowed and Sam is pursuing other interests.
