• Identifying and building strong relationship with real estate company, builders and contractors to get projects related to bridge and roads construction.• Identifying potential builders and contractor to make them buy or rent our machines to them.• Connecting with the other contractor, architecture, builders and making strong relationship with them for renting out our machines like road roller, concrete mixture machine, vibrator brick maker.• Site visit, if required and maintaining a strong relationship with builders and upcoming external project manager• Handling leads, whilst ensuring existing and new relationship yield increasing opportunity.• Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
