Responsible of the general coordination for the RSAF fleet light maintenance schedule while fulfilling the contractual fleet availability target. Main duties:o Leadership of troubleshooting processes and technical queries resolution.o Liaising cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders provide their inputs and reach common agreement prior task execution.o Planning fleet grounding in coordination with customer requirements, workload evaluation and resources assignation.o Identifying potential risks and managing them to resolution accordingly.o Managing maintenance team during works execution.

Responsible for the definition of technical standards and processes related to the mechanical, electrical and avionics systems serving the A330MRTT aircraft. Principally focused on setting up and maintain a safe, airworthy and reliable operation of the fleet in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
