I manage marketing and communications for Yolo Rum, the award-winning company behind the world’s best tasting rum. I started at Yolo Rum in 2013, and am responsible for aligning and executing marketing and branding strategies as well as communications, marcom and messaging. Since the beginning, Yolo Rum has adopted a disruptive approach to marketing and communications, connecting with our audiences—consumers, investors, distributors and retailers—with an edgy, digital-first voice.In addition to my work at Yolo, I also support our digital media and communications efforts at Myxed Up Creations, one of the largest and most recognized companies in the pre-cannabis and smoking accessories space. Prior to joining Myxed Up, I co-founded a music event and production company, Oracle Productions, where I oversaw event coordination, management and promotions for large-scale events across Colorado and the western United States. I’ve been an active member of the Denver electronic music community for more than 20 years, both as a promoter and DJ.
