• Ensuring compliance with portfolio health and safety risk assessments and STeP.• Compiling and producing reports for incidents and site visits across the business portfolio.• Implementing site audits of assignment instructions to ensure compliance with standards• First Line responder to any site emergency response requirements i.e. floods, fire, alarm activations• Receiving all Planning Contingency Centre (PCC) related communications coming into the company and distributing as appropriate.• Monitoring all Planning and Contingency Centre established IP links with remote locations.• Provide all necessary administrative support to maintain the continuous running of Planning and Contingency Centre operations.• Supporting the Resource Management Team in all aspects of guarding operations.• Maintaining an active duty of care to all site based staff by completing lone worker check calls and monitoring company book on and book off activity via Timelink.• Ensuring the requirements of the companies client base are continuously met and exceeded.• Controlling the issue and receipt of the company’s key holding for the head office and client locations and also liaise and effectively control subcontractor activity when managing alarm response, CCTV call out.• Acting as the business Silver Command Incident Commander during all out of hours incidents.• Developing and initiating all necessary PCC Standing Operating Procedures to maintain continuity of business operations.
