Certified Personal Trainer. Ex professional Dancer.Graduating from UOA London - 10 years working all over the world as a professional Dance/Aerialist. It was during this time that I Developed my passion and understanding for all things Health + Fitness. I believe Health and fitness is made up of three equally important factors: Exercise, nutrition and mental health. I feel strongly that if one of these factors is a weak link then you wont see optimum results.At the End of 2020 I took my passion for health and fitness to the next step and became a fully certified Level 3 personal trainer.
