I am responsible for all logistics of organizing events in New Delhi-NCR : securing speakers, venues, sponsors and hosting and community development across multiple platforms.

I joined in the management team and been working on contractual basis. My work involves structuring and training the tech, analytics and sales team. I worked in interviewing and recruiting the complete tech team and off-boarding the project from external tech consulting company to in-house team. Defining the product goals, working with design agency to carve the perfect design, choosing the preferred blockchain platform and assigning the relevant roles to the assigned professionals within the organization. I attend investor meetings to understand the company goals and product milestones and define the same to relevant teams within the organization.

As a Product Lead and moreover a technical Product lead I worked closely with the tech team and the sales team to carve the development and post sale support of the product. I was a liaison among various departments of the company including the investor and other people in Management Position.

Lean Startup Machine (LSM), a Techstars company, is changing the way entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies build products. The mission is to help anyone with an idea build a successful business or launch disruptive products. Through innovation trainings we engage with thought leaders and mentors in over 40 international tech hubs. Being the founding organizer of Lean Startup Machine New Delhi, my role was significant in pooling the mentors, sponsors and participants. The first event took place from August 22nd - 24th 2014 at Investopad, Gurgaon and turned out to be a huge success.

Geekli.st is the world's largest platform to share, work and meet new developers through out the world. One of the initiatives of geekli.st includes #hack4good. #hack4good is world's leading hackathon for contributing back to the society and building something that can change the world in some way. I am with Hack4Good since their 0.4 edition and introduced hack4good to India at that time. New Delhi was the first city in india to experience it. Since then hack4good has just grown out to other cities and I take care of coordinating with other ambassadors in Indian cities.Project build at hack4Good 0.5 was a global winner.

A typical Ambassador title doesn't mean I work for AngelHack. All Ambassadors of AngelHack put their asses off to put up a show, a large hackathon to bring innovation, motivation and co-creation all under one roof. A Website comparing the various products and Brands based on user's previous interest and suggestions. We successfully flipped the website generating huge profits in almost no time.

Worked on the research and development of the portal with an exciting team of 10 members. The core team then had to pivot the business plan and launch the startup under a new identity.

My here were to work on Frontend and backend web development. I used to work on PHP and Java Backend. Also enjoyed an exciting learning time with Ruby on Rails and brainfuck.
