Having always had an interest in electronics and consistently aggravating my parents by taking apart anything that had batteries and flashed or moved, I was destined for 'something' in electronics. After completing a National Diploma in Electronic Engineering and getting my first real job in electronics as an assembly and test technician, I embarked on a move to internal sales and then external sales selling a whole host of sensor and instrumentation products.In 2002, Impress Sensors & Systems Ltd was created and over the next 11 years we grew the business rapidly and had 35 staff which is when we decided to sell it. I continued to work for the new owners for the next 4 years and then decided on a change in direction.To feed my ever growing entrepreneurial urges I took on ownership of an online supplement company, Vantage Sport Nutrition, supplying end users & local gyms, PT's and high street shops. This has given me great exposure to the world of e-commerce, social media and the health & fitness industry. Along the way we started Revere Global to cater for distribution of an exciting range of Energy Drinks, Vitamin Energy Drinks and Energy Water manufactured by Sinebrychoff Brewery in Finland called +BATTERY Energy Drink.After 12 months and having realised that my passion is with Sensors and Instrumentation, I sold Vantage Sports Nutrition and we setup Stork Solutions Ltd (https://stork.solutions/) to manufacture and distribute a range of sensors and instrumentation products, provide turnkey system solutions and satisfy customer applications.
