• Workforce planning and recruitment on pan India basis• Manage the recruitment cycle from selection to exit interviews• Identify the training requirements and arranging for the same at all levels across the country• Mentoring and counseling of staff• Conducting regular performance appraisals and take appropriate measures• Managing staff by effectively delegating and reviewing their contributions• Designing systems; create and maintain policies, resolving problems; implementing change. • Ensuring the employee safety, welfare, wellness and health• Ensure all activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management• Give recommendations to management regarding staff pay and strategies to be adopted to mitigate attrition • Responsible to give team leadership to achieve organizational objectives, increase productivity and enhance employee morale.• Ensure timely release of payments• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales • Prepare the budget for the year, and ensure minimal variations• Conduct vocational training programmes• Study the requirement and need of a new offices across the country• Responsible for the effective functioning of Admin section• Regular visits to branches to ensure smooth functioning and check the conformity to organizational standards
