I believe the key is respectful and honest two way communication and work as a team to have the desired outcome.I am focused and organized individual but above all I am an absolute risk taker, always thrive on it and excited to work out of my comfort zone. My belief is that -If you succeed, risks in life take you the places you can’t go if you stay in your bubble and failures teach you lessons which again you can’t have if you stay in your bubble.
