o Support Sale team to ensure that Merchant able to receive and cash out the amount through wing payment method.o Ensuring that the POS & Merchant app is operating smoothly & assist should the issue ariseo End to end coordinate activities with the procurement team, marketing team, tech team, and other stakeholders to ensure that merchant able to operate using Wing Systemo Coordinate with Sale Team, Merchant relationship team & Marketing to support merchant and modified the change for the Campaign guidelineo Monitor and track the Operations project’s progress, report on the progress to assigned teamo Working with procurement team on stocking up the POS device for the Sale team & Merchant relationship team to deploy & trainingo Support agent banking operations following process and procedures to ensure project support and implementation are timely deliveredo Escalate and facilitate with multiple department should the issue require immediate solution and report the progress and standard the procedure should the same issue reoccurred o Aligning with product marketing & Project team to develop Merchant account mapping to fit with the current & newly development function to avoid bug and issue to the live appo QA testing with project team to identified and fix the bug or error occur during app pre-production built o Preparing and arranging merchant account, POS, POSM (if required) for Sale teamo Identified and check the data for the Sale or related department for project usageKey Achievement:- Successfully maintain "thousand" WingPay merchant- Successfully deployed and map out WingPay POS.- Renovating WingPay backend system ensuring smooth operation.- Maintaining POS with zero operation lost.
