Visual Merchandise Lead
Responsible for facilitating the educator experience, creating an outstanding guest experience through connection, and overseeing all operations on the retail floor.- Lead the team in executing the weekly VM forum : replenishing garment styles and other merchandise by colour, size, and quantity requirements; changing mannequins as needed to maximise sell-through.- Applied creative freedom to generate something that has never existed before in a new space and community, a unique extension of the brand.- Utilised point of sales system and inventory/life cycle reports to make independent decisions within our store benefiting sales and sell-through. - Developed the team by leading product walkthroughs and listening for the level of technical product education being delivered to guests.- Facilitated in onboarding new Educators to the team and thoroughly executing training processes.
