    London, Gb
Responsibility for providing project support to all IT Project Managers and Business Analysts in producing project plans, maintaining the plans through checkpoint meetings and ensuring that the plans are adhered to.Assist in producing, reviewing and auditing individual project documents. Support the project manager in preparation for progress updates, health checks and 360 reviews. Manage and build good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders at all levels, setting stakeholder expectations and maximising co-operation.I provided project support for the introduction of Skype for Business as our sole telephony tool. Moving from physical desk phones to a full soft phone system to give a fully agile and more reliable service. Including communication through to launch. This included the design of a training package for all stakeholders. This training masterclass was delivered over a 10-week period to our 10 regional offices.I was drafted in for critical support on the entire redesign and implementation of the Charities public website. I supported the Project Manager and also lead during requirement gathering, grooming of components, sprint planning, daily scrums, visual testing, release planning and sprint demos & retrospectives. The overhaul of the website was highlighted by senior figures including the CEO as a fantastic achievement. We brought in a CMS using Drupal 8 that has allowed a vastly improved user experience, a much cleaner look and feel and greater interactivity to our audience. This process was done by utilising the SCRUM framework within an agile process. It is very important to me that a great user experience is at the heart of everything that I am involved in. Added to this I am a strong believer in the sharing of knowledge throughout teams and the wider organisation.

This included the documentation of the process and revisions when necessary.Desktop and system support to the organisation across 11 offices to a 550+ user base.Management of the knowledge base articles that were published to the organisation as well as solely for IT use in diagnosing issues. These articles helped in bringing down the overall requests that reached the team. The articles covered many topics from technical connectivity issues to user guides on software packages.Completion of 'ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management' with a pass rate of 75%.
  • Teach First
    Salesforce Administrator
    Teach First Nov 2011 - Mar 2014
    London, Gb
I provided database management to the organisation using the Salesforce platform, monitoring the quality of data and investigating any discrepancies. The role also included involvement on projects, twice a year the Finance codes needed up dating which came with a shirt turn around and was business critical. Also there was an accounts & contacts clean-up project that involved working with all levels within Teach First from the CEO downwards across the London office and our local areas offices too. To do this it required great collaboration and organisation to conclude the project within a small timeframe of 4 months.I supported the organisation with twice weekly training sessions of different aspects of Salesforce and a continual presence if any assistance was needed.I managed the starters and leavers process for the database making sure the correct profiles and roles were set as well as any permission sets.Page layouts, additional objects and fields were added following strong business cases from the user base.Reporting was required on an ad hoc basis and this was provided by exporting information into Excel and using a variety of formulas including V-lookups, data validation and concatenations.Additional administrative duties included raising POs and expenses, ordering and managing licenses and dealing with external and internal bodies.During this period I completed the Salesforce accredited database course 'Administration Essentials for New Admin (ADM201)'.
