- Currently responsible for devising software solutions for our operations teams. On the payments team, I enabled engineering to automate a process responsible for ~$20M in user cash back. On the fuel team, I drove features that established Upside as an industry leader in gas margin calculations and provided merchants greater visibility into our product.- Married my engineering training with product thinking to insulate the team from "fires". This included on-the-fly problem solving, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and tight execution to remediate the situation.
