Manage transformational projects from opportunity identification to delivery for DHL Supply Chain India with special focus on Healthcare sector. Worked on consulting project for top 2 MNC Pharmaceutical companies in India and pave the way for DSC India to enter into the niche Healthcare sector. - Lead a team of Industrial Engineers working for designing solutions for key clients in the area of warehousing, transportation, value added services like co-packing, LLP, e-commerce, etc.- Commercial feasibility ownership of all the new businesses acquired or existing businesses renewed including pricing.- Support the BD team to meet the design aspiration for winning/ retaining biz. - Worked closely with CEO APAC and MD India for retention of key businesses through innovative retention strategy and optimized technical and pricing solutions in warehousing, transportation and logistics process outsourcing services. - Support in real estate strategy for developing the commercial business case for 5 mega distribution centers (warehouses) across India totaling to 1.5 million sq. ft.- As head of supply chain consulting, facilitated development of consulting practice across South & South East Asia market with business plans, communication plan, recruitment, training of resources, consulting service offerings resulting in downstream revenue generation avenues for the organization.
