Addressing any BSC/Cluster level degradation due to problem at any entity (Core, RF and Transmission). Daily worst cell analysis based upon CSSR, HSR, DCR, TCH & SDCCH Congestion, Path Balance, DL & UL Quality & Average Level and taking corrective measures thus recommending solutions to the concerned. Daily monitoring of DL/UL TBF ASR, RLC Throughput, Congestion and ABIS blocking and reporting to concerns. Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio NetworkOptimization, Features, Trials and Tuning. Analyze drive test problems for the whole network and determine if caused by poor RFcoverage, RF Interference, poor handover parameters, poor power control etc. Neighbor optimization to improve internal and external (inter BSC and Inter MSC) HOsuccess rate. Provide Technical support for monitoring the WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis and for UMTS KPIs optimization for both RNC & Cell Level. Responsible for Inconsistencies Checks, Packet Throughput, Parameter changes & Physicalchanges.

 Perform Drive Test for Acceptance Testing for 2G/3G network by using TEMS 16. Analyzes Pilot Coverage, CPICH, RSCP, Ec/Io, Pilot Pollution, Accessibility and Mobility for Voice, PS Services. To perform Cluster Data and Scanner Drive on TEMS 16 Investigation and post processing of Log Files. Carrying out pre/post city and redesign drive tests, analyzing them on TEMS and making benchmarking reports using Actix and MapInfo. Analyze drive test problems for the whole network and determine if caused by poor RF coverage, interference, poor handover parameters, poor power control etc. Use MapInfo for making thematic diagrams to present Receive level, Receive Quality, Dropped calls, Blocked calls and HO failures. Analysing co channel Interference, Faulty Neighbors, Low Transmit Power, External Interference, Power Control and Handover Related Issues. Tracking Illegal jammers using Net Tektronix YBT 250 Interference Analyzer and Anritsu MS2711 spectrum master in various cities. Conducting site audit including Site Configuration, Antenna Heights, Azimuth, Electrical and Mechanical Tilt.
