- Managing the execution of the project planned activities as per Engineering design and Standards, Permit issuance and timely delivery of the plant expansion projects. - Responsible for Project CAPEX Budgeting, utilization plan, on-time delivery of the projects. - Weekly sharing the progress reports and resolving the challenges with the stakeholders. - Coordinating with CPD (Centralized Procurement Department) team and vendors to maintain streamline demand & supply of the material for low-cost solutions. - Involve in the engineering design and vetting the drawings as per required ASME, API & NFPA etc. standards and BOQs for cost estimations. - Raising the PRs/POs via SAP PS module and coordinating the concern departments for the release of timely project payments.

• Designing the piping system and Pressure Vessels according to the ASME Codes.• Calculation of Mechanical BOQs of piping, valves and its fittings, pipe thickness calculation,structure for pipe supports and dia inches as per the isometrics, MPLs and P&IDs.• Design pressure vessels on the basis of given data by client according to the ASME BPVC SecVIII Div. 1.• Select the material of the pressure vessel that is suitable for the service of pressure vessel andhave low corrosion effect, also consider that the material must be cost effective and easilyavailable in market.• Run the stress analysis on the pressure vessels by using different software like Auto Pipe, PV Eliteetc.• Calculate the length, diameter, wall thickness, nozzle outside of the vessel projectionaccording the space required, type of nozzles, requirement of reinforcement pad of nozzles,type of supports for pressure vessel, weight calculation for lifting pressure vessel, length of weldand type of weld for nozzle and supports of pressure vessel, head size and type of headrequired for the pressure vessels.• Calculate the maximum load at sustained and expansion a nozzle can bear during theoperation according to API 660, and calculation is done on WRC 107.Projects:MARI PETROLEUM COMPANY LIMITED:• Provision of Kill Lines for the 103 gas well-heads of MPCL at Daharki field.• Relocation of EWT facility from BHP petroleum gas plant to Bannu west plant of MPCL.

• I was being developed in the inspection department and assigned the tasks with the inspectionteam to have casing vibrations, thermography, and NDT tests.• Inspected the casing vibrations of fly ash compressors, column mills (limestone), column mill(coal), loop-seal compressor, secondary fans of CFB-1 and CFB-2 boilers, induced draft fans,oil pumps, gear box and generators bearings of GE STG-1, STG-2, STG-3.• Inspected the thermography of main grid station and electrical panels.• Inspected the thickness test of coal buster A and B of CFB-1 boiler.• Check the temperature of insulation of boiler through laser.• Inspect the pressure safety valves (PSVs) car sealing of GE STGs 1, 2, 3 and 4.• Present the brief report on pressure vessels inspection code as per API 510 and was madeaware of API-570, API-563 and ASME standards.
