CurrentAs part of the training and development department, I am taking initiatives to achieve departmental andorganizational goals.I am actively involved in various tasks, including facilitating the training, coaching, and counseling ofnewly hired live chat agents.I assist in editing training materials and manuals to meet specific training needs and monitor the qualitystandards by generating reports.Working with other trainers and managers, I identify and address learning issues and new trainingneeds regarding processes or product updates for the operations or production department.I also compile detailed reports of all these efforts and present them to the T&D Manager.
