 Designed & deployed SDWAN solution for global WAN infrastructure of SDL Technologies, consisting of 100+ sites spanned across globe.  Driven the migration of MPLS and IPsec based global sites, including Aws/Azure cloud sites, to Aryaka provided SDWAN solution. Deployed the internet breakout and DMZ for SDL offices using NGFW features from Cisco Firepower & Checkpoint NFV Firewalls. Worked with cross functional team for installing, and maintaining the computer networks related devices, including routers, switches & firewalls. Worked with managed service providers (Lumen/Level3/Aryaka) and internal teams to facilitate the coordination required to ensure a seamless service migration/upgrade etc. Provided specialist skills in supporting the troubleshooting of network problems and emergencies. Seamlessly integrated networks of multiple organizations that joined together to form one RWS Group, by integrating various vendor WAN technologies such as Aryaka SDWAN, Cisco SDWAN, Meraki Auto-VPN and standard IPsec. Assess and recommend improvements in IT network & Security architecture to optimize and standardize the network configuration across the RWS Group network. Provide specialist support for various operational incidents and new requirements related to network upgrades, technology refreshments, new office turn-ups etc. Analyze and evaluate the newly proposed technology solutions like SDWAN, CDN, SASE etc. by conducting proof of concept tests to confirm the compliance with business requirements.

Oman

 Designed and Migrated traditional operational network into latest technology adopted networks with SDN and NGFW, using Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-Access and Cisco Firepower, for Sohar Aluminium Campus and Data center in Oman Deployed Cisco ACI with Multiple VMM integration and Service Graph Insertion of Palo Alto firewall.  Large scale configuration of ACI components with Postman Scripting and Nexus CLI on APIC Deployed Cisco SD-Access with Macro (VN) and Micro (SGT) segmentation. Set up fusion routing on ACI for intercommunication of VN’s Facilitated phased migration into SD-Access by ensuring intercommunication of fabric and not-yet-fabric network. Implemented fabric enabled WLAN and unified policy/data plane for wired and wireless infrastructure. Worked as Solution Architect and Technical Manager for large-scale construction project of Muscat and Salalah International Airport. Deployed wide range of products/technologies, which consists of MPLS VRF’s, VPLS networks, Multicast VPNs, Cisco ASA Firewalls, Server Load balancers, DHCP/DNS Servers, RSA Digital Certificate Authority, VPN Firewalls, Cisco ACS RADIUS/TACACS Severs, Cisco 802.1X ISE Servers, Cisco IronPort Proxy Servers, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, Cisco Nexus Virtual Switching Environment etc. Worked in conjunction with Cisco Advanced Services team to produce the detailed design and network implementation plan, according to different contractor requirements.

Doha-Qatar

 Worked as a Network Design Engineer for the construction project of Hamad International Airport, Qatar and played a key role in designing, testing & implementing the NDIA network project. Designed a large-scale enterprise network of more than 80 thousand nodes for NDIA, based on the requirements from different contractors. Worked with different contractors to address the frequently happening new requirements or change of requirements and assisted the business unit to quantify the impact for the claims Interacted with Airport end users like Qatar Airways, Ministry Of Interiors and CUSTOMS to make sure the seamless integration of NDIA facility with end user’s existing facilities. Developed a testing network to demonstrate the network features and the integration with different systems (CCTV, ACS, CUTE, AODB, HP Open View etc) in front of the customer. Implemented MPLS VPN technology on Cisco 7600 Series routers to Provide Layer-3 isolation between different applications of NDIA. Segregated the routing tables of each application using VRF’s. Configured BGP and Route Reflectors to advertise the networks between PE routers. Internal application VRF’s are conditionally exported into external entity VRF’s using Export-map.  Configured Cisco firewall (FWSM) for restricting the access to Data Centre Servers and Juniper firewall for restricting the Internet access. Created Site-to-Site & Client-to-Site VPN with remote partner networks to provide access to NDIA resources by using Juniper firewall. Deployed Transparent Web Proxy servers using Web Cache Communication Protocol (WCCP) and Iron Port Web Security Appliances. Cisco Secure ACS 1113 Appliance has been configured for Authenticating Network Device Administrators (TACACS+ protocol) and Client-to-Site VPN users (RADIUS protocol).
