- Verify systems and units to be qualified.- Thorough and complete monitoring of qualification as defined in the protocol.- Coordinate the qualification implementation with the appropriate individuals and departments.- Preparation of validation protocols for the Equipment, Utilities and HVAC system.- Review of data for qualification implementation.- Review / approve of qualification reports.- Review / approve / generate SOPs related to validation department.- Review / approve SOPs related to critical systems (such as: water treatment plants, etc.).- Verifying the re-validation action which is taken by the Engineering department when a maintenance requisition form is submitted to the validation department.- Checking of the qualification report for punches upon receiving them.- Ensure cGMPs compliance.

- Managing & following up Maintenance works for the infrastructures.- Dealing with subcontractors when needed for some maintenance works.- Good experience in maintaining both mechanical and electrical works.- Regular checking for the firefighting system. - Regular checking for the Daikin HVAC system.- Arranging with suppliers for purchasing the needed spare parts- Submitting preventive maintenance plan.
