I am a subject matter expert for StarSat content, I develop and deliver informative PowerPoint presentations for various departments, conduct training sessions, and assess the Sales Department's understanding through Google Forms questionnaires. I ensure seamless coordination between Marketing and Sales, act as the main contact for Content Entertainment Centers, and regularly communicate promotions and content additions to the Sales department. Additionally, I create detailed feedback reports, curate the Community Google Share Drive, organize Call Centre staff training, establish communication channels with media, and manage WhatsApp groups for the Sales Network. I also produce engaging graphic content for social media platforms and maintain consistent and captivating content across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Typing out of Assessments and worksheets, Help setup rosters and teaching guides. Help type out subject polices and minutes of the meetings and other teaching documents. Assists with teacher logbook as well as help with filling and organising , Assists with data capturing on SA-SAMS and as substitute when teachers are notavailable.
