Developed a new class of chimeric molecules using DNA-encoded library screening. These bifunctional molecules induce synthetic proximity between specific components of the immune system and pathogens.Leveraged chemoproteomic, computational chemistry approaches to create a new generation of protein editors, including phosphorylation-inducing chimeric molecules - PHICS. This project led to the development of a scalable platform for generating PTM editors based on inhibitory compounds.Investigated resistance mechanisms against approved inhibitors targeting a key oncogene.

Involved in the development of cannabinoid therapies for neurological and immunological disorders. This involved identifying novel cannabinoids, designing drug delivery systems, and conducting preclinical studies. Collaborated extensively with academic and industry partners to advance these therapies.

Developed chemical tools to study class A GPCRs (A1AR, CB1R, and CB2R) which regulate many neurological and immune functions. These projects led to the first high-affinity fluorescent inverse agonist for CB2R which was used in live-cell imaging studies of these receptors. Techniques such as organic synthesis, homology modeling, docking, radioligand binding assay, and cAMP-based functional assay were used in these projects.
