Currently I am working in as Assistant Manager HR in Shri Rathi Steel Ltd. which is Steel Manufacturing of TMT Bars ( Hot Rolling Mill). Here I am majorly handling Recruitment, Negotiation, Onboarding, Induction, Employment Engagement, Policy Formulation & Implementation, Strategic Planning, Employee Relationship and Welfare etc.Prior to Rathi, I was employed in HCL Technologies as Associate.There I was engaged in Vendor Management, Procurement, PO Creation, Escalation, MIS Reporting.I started my career as HR Coordinator with Nysa Communication Pvt. Ltd.There I experienced to co-ordinate all HR related activities.Now I am looking forward to experience more of Human Resource in IT Industry.
