My goal is to develop unique and innovative solutions for HR functions in large and mid-size enterprises, which will help boost employee engagement and performance, and assist organizations in achieving their objectives. I am a technologist, business leader, design thinker, philanthropist, and lifelong learner. I hold a PGDM in Cyber Laws from NALSAR and received a gold medal for topping the batch. Additionally, I am certified in Design Thinking from Stanford GSB. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral research on the impact of artificial intelligence on HR practices. I have multiple certifications in business analysis, agile methodologies, and software development, and I have published several papers and articles on HR technology and innovation. I am deeply passionate about creating meaningful solutions to tackle societal issues, especially women's causes and inclusion. In my free time, I love exploring different places, cultures, and art.
