I’m a passionate hospitality graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi. My career began with industrial training at Vivanta Dwarka (Taj Hotels), where I gained hands-on experience in Food & Beverage Services, Kitchen & Housekeeping Operations, and Front Office Management, which set the foundation for my hospitality journey.During college, I developed strong event management skills by actively participating in teams that handled events, including those organized by the Ministry of Tourism. These experiences enhanced my organizational and leadership abilities as I helped plan and execute both small and large events.After completing my education, I joined Praxis Services Pvt Ltd as a Reservation Sales Associate. In this role, I interacted with guests, handling reservations and boosting bookings for a leading Indian hotel chain. I contributed to the company’s revenue growth and received guest appraisals for my efforts.I then moved to Hotel Spider as a Business Development Executive, where I generated revenue by collaborating with hotel owners. This role sharpened my communication, negotiation, and business development skills.Currently, I’m the Operations Head at Safarwallah, overseeing the planning and execution of seamless travel experiences. I work closely with vendors, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure that every trip is smooth and enjoyable. This role demands quick problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong leadership to deliver top-notch experiences.Alongside my professional experience, I’ve completed a certification course in Digital Marketing by Google and participated in the Global Young Leader's Conclave hosted by TBH Circle. These experiences have broadened my perspective on integrating technology and innovation in the travel and hospitality industries.Outside of work, I love reading, exploring new destinations, and spending time with my dog, Bonzo.
