From a young age, I was always fascinated by the ever-evolving world of technology. I turned this fascination into a career after graduating from NSS College with an Information Technology Engineering. My first role was with Lebbais Hospital, a ayurvedic hospital, where I was tasked with providing technical support for their employees, managing nearly 20 workstations. With a knack for problem-solving, I spent two years at Lebbais, successfully resolving over 95% of logged IT issues within the first 24 hours. This experience taught me the importance of communication in IT Support; it's not just about fixing a problem, but also helping people understand the fix. That journey was coming through Bangalore, India, Dubai and hold now with more than 4 years of proven experience in IT Support.
