Preparing cost reports, valuations, interim payments, variation orders, Bill preparation and pricing, Subcontractor agreements,procurement schedulesCoordinating with Project Managers, Estimation and Procurement team and for pre/post tender worksDesign team for design & built projects

• Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tender / contract documents, cost estimates including billing, variation / deviation proposals and claims• Certifying the piece rate works bills passed by Site Engineers every fortnight and listing the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set• Handling quantity surveying, tendering & bidding, contract and project management• Interfacing with Construction, Engineering, Procurement & Risk Department for subcontract administration• Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects• Preparing technical specifications, scope and deliverables, estimates and BOQ based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project

• The preparation of Bills and/or Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works.• The preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with any contract or sub-contract.• The appraisal of the value of proposed constructions or other structures already erected.• The preparation of specifications when required.
