- Conduct regular meetings with site engineers and managers for planning on work execution.- Record MOM’s in management meetings in relation to the project.- Support managers to distribute manpower as per allocated works, keeping in mind on the project targets to achieve within time frame as agreed with client.- Work together with management & planning team on the scheduling the resource requirement & sourcing activities.- Coordinate with procurement team to know & define them, with materials to be available on site.- Coordinate with commercial & claims team to prepare budget allocation.- Act as point of contact for clients to communicate and resolve any stopping situations, hindrances, etc.- Support manager to resolve those stopping hindrances and progress with work.- Keep track and report the progress to planning team.- Escalate to project managers and directors for any serious risks arising or forecasted problems/which can hinder progress.- Coordinate with all departments within management and act as a medium of contact for all engineers at site.- Support with legal and contracts team on finalization of contracts.- Ensure proper and all safety procedures are followed on site.- Make permits or co work permits and get authorizations.- Meet and take approvals from client on other permits to perform work as per daily schedule.- Ask for RFI’s from client, if in case any deviation from site condition occurs, and can’t progress.- Coordinate with design team on implementing drawing or making as build drawing reflecting actual site condition and reflecting the same changes to civil drawings.- Visit sites to plan what materials are to be procured & plan logistics coordination.- Make time to time site visits to ensure proper allocation of resources and see work is progressing as per the schedule and report these to managers.- Make site daily reports and perform proper recording of data.- Escalate to offshore team on any serious issues arising in project.

As a Site Engineer Inspects site and taking measurement for GRC Moulds & Designed preliminary and final issuing works order for GRC fabrication and Inspect the moulds being made by the mould shop supervisor if it confers with the works order before production and coordinate during the site erection, Attending meetings and Liaison with Contractors, Consultants for all below projects,

• Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches. • Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects. • Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed. • Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design. • Use CAD equipment and conventional drafting station to prepare drawings, charts and records. • Develop structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings. • Supervise and guide draftspersons when needed. • Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
