I'm the co-founder and COO of Koskii, an occasion wear Indian apparel brand based in Bangalore. With over 20 years of experience in the technology and retail industries, I hold a graduate degree in Business Management and a Master's degree in Computer Application. During my tenure at Philips Electronics India, I had the opportunity to work on global teams in areas such as embedded software development, image processing, robotics, and medical product development, and collaborate with some of the smartest people in the field.In 2012, I decided to explore my passion for retail by joining my family's business in ethnic women's apparel, which was eventually rebranded to Koskii. Here, I played a crucial role in various aspects of the business, including operations, retail management, e-commerce, digital marketing, store expansions, and financial operations.At Koskii, I have worked with my team to aggressively grow the brand, expand to multiple cities, and build the e-commerce business globally. Our vision is to establish a pan-India presence by leveraging the power of technology, with a focus on collaboration, creativity, and excellence.Outside of work, I enjoy leading a fit lifestyle, engaging in hobbies such as aquascaping, trekking, and fitness, and listening to audiobooks.
