• Lead 17 first-year students by building personal relationships with every student through one-on-one meetings to enhance their transition and experience into the George Washington School of Business• Supported first-year students by serving as a resource and connection to the GWSB by introducing the many resources provided by the GWSB, including and not limited to the Fowler Career Center and guiding them to these resources to find their GW community and pursue their career passions• Design and facilitate weekly lesson plans, highlighting important values and strengths involved in the Business industry while coaching students how to navigate their 4 years in the GWSB, to give them a head start in their career path when it comes to networking, teamwork and strengths and weaknesses

• Created and organized weekly lesson plans designed for each course taught while gearing towards every student's strength and weakness to ensure that students are finishing one project a day in Scratch or Roblox• Persevered through technical difficulties via Zoom, Scratch Coding and Roblox by being patient with the students and guiding them though the difficulties to conduct class successfully to ensure projects were working properly debugged• Monitored and assisted five students during every class, teaching lessons and facilitating activities to check for learning ensuring that their code was correct and that their applications were running smoothly to enhance their learning experience

• Conducted Beta testing for Pixstory application to provide user-based feedback and to rid of bugs in the app• Creating and management social media posts on several social media platforms i.e., Instagram to increase digital engagement with audience in order to increase the amount of application downloads• Collaborated with other Student Ambassadors in creating social media and campus wide activities to gains more downloads and traffic on the Pixstory App to achieve the companies’ goals of getting as many downloads as possible

• Designed individual lessons plans for 8 students, students were of various age groups therefore some students were not able matchwith others, was effective for students since 8 students were able to go at own pace and skill level.• Created a new method to teach 6 younger students through various activities, increasing engagement and learning in a new funway, resulting in excitement to code.• Redesigned organization systems, lesson plans were on paper and a projects were on paper making it difficult to keep track of 20students’ progress, therefore a new system was achieved keeping students work arranged and accessible online.
