Responsibility :- • Responsible for the MSP (managed service program) for the MasterCard IT division.• Responsible for Stakeholder & vendor management.• Handling the entire Recruitment process (gathering requirement from Hiring manager till onboarding)• Responsible for coordinating with sub-vendors and ensuring the flow & quality of profiles are delivered at the TAT agreed upon.• Conducting Vendor Meeting with all supplier on weekly basis to provide them a feedback and inputs on all open positions.• Managing team of 2 Technology Recruiter based out of Pune and Vadodara locations.

Responsibilities:-• Responsible for the MSP (managed service program) for the Morgan Stanley IT division.• Managed end to end HR responsibilities for all the IT contingent/contract hiring across all divisions. • Managing the entire Talent Acquisition cycle right from understanding the business requirements, Screening candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers and closing the position.• Handling Vendor Management to get the Quality Profile's against each mandate.• Responsible to interact with Executive Directors, and Hiring Managers and align with them in regards with the internal requirement and delivering profiles & closures across all the divisions of IT.• Screening and short-listing the candidate's in accordance to the requirements.• Coordinating the technical and management interviews of the candidates.• Selection process of candidates.• Managing & approving candidate costs from the MD/ED & Rolling out offer letters through Sub vendors• Close follow up with the candidate as well as with the Business till the candidate joins Morgan Stanley.• Responsible to conduct weekly review calls with the Hiring Managers and Executive Directors of respective divisions of IT on the status of candidates and the pipeline on the TAT of closures.• Managing and conducting Vendor meetings & vendor briefing calls for timely feedback, updates on current profiles and sharing new requirements.• Conducting the recruitment drive whenever it is require.

Job Profile/ResponsibilitiesManaging and handling all phases of the recruitment process.• Identified and targeted candidates from well-known I-Banks, IT companies, start-ups & product companies.• Sourcing candidates via References, Headhunting, Networking and jobsite.• Conduct first level screening level (telephonic) by checking communication skills, technical skill experience, interest level, availability for interview, location preference, project details, salary expectations, education and career gaps etc.• Co-ordinating with the Technical panel & the hiring managers regarding interview of shortlisted candidates.• Offer negotiation if required. • Conducted Post-offer follow up like gauging candidate’s interest and motivate till joining• Recruited candidates from Premier Technology Institutes like IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, VTU, VJTI, JNTU, Pune / Delhi Engg College, etc.• Maintaining and updating the internal database(MIS) on the basis for immediate &future requirements.ClienteleBarclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Nomura Holdings, Credit Suisse, Amazon, Fidelity International, Atos Origin, Deloitte Consulting, Wells Fargo.
