I am a dedicated and result-driven executive, with breadth of experience across business planning, P&L, strategy and operations. I am not scared to get my hands dirty - this stems from my outcome-focussed nature with a relentless focus on the cause. I am passionate about growing businesses and watching them thrive. My extensive experience in the consultancy sector means that I take a mindful and nurturing approach to unlocking business growth, with an understanding of the people and cultures that enable a business to grow. Prior to my position as CEO of Capacitas, I held a variety of technical consultant roles at Capacitas, helping our customers, such as easyJet, RS Components and Domino's to overcome the obstacles to growth, delivering scalable, cost-efficient and stable systems.
