With experience in consumer marketing, P&L management, driving innovation, and cross-functional leadership, I have a proven track record of building and scaling consumer businesses in FMCG, retail, and e-commerce. I currently head Brand & Consumer Products function at Mylo, India's leading pregnancy and parenting brand backed by ITC. At Mylo, I contribute across functions and have played a key role in building the business and the brand right from inception. I manage a portfolio of consumer products and drive the P&L, delivering on revenue, margin, and market share goals. I have helped lay the brand foundation and I am now working on making Mylo the most loved mother and baby brand in India, with a vision to empower millions of women with credible information, community support, and quality products. I also worked on the fundraising efforts and helped raise two rounds of capital for Mylo. Prior to Mylo, I worked at Kama Ayurveda as the Head of Retail Marketing, where I owned and delivered the annual marketing plan and calendar, led new product and store launches, and built and ran the loyalty and CRM program that became the primary recruiter for consumers. I also worked at PepsiCo as a brand marketer on Quaker Oats and Lay's, where I launched multiple new products, consumer campaigns, and drove the brand equity, volume, value, and market share agendas. I am an MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and part of the winning team of PepsiCo's 'Become Indra's Advisors Contest' where we beat 210 other teams and got a chance to present our solution to Indra Nooyi at PepsiCo's headquarters in New York. I am passionate about consumer businesses and building ideas from ground up, and I bring with me a strong sense of curiosity, imagination, and a deep understanding of the Indian consumer.
