Many consulting companies are also working on major railway projects abroad and see that their operations will expand. Herrljunga Västra.The project comprises two by path lines in each direction in Herrljunga area. The location of by path is chosen on the basis of facts as stated in the Swedish Transport Administration's action selection study (ÅVS) for Västra stambanan through Västra Götaland. Guiding for the geographical location of both traces is to decrease a time gap as possible between the overriding opportunities on each main track. Total cost of the project approx. 20 million Euro.

Rail section has grown under my responsibility from 5 employees year 2010 to 40 staff with direct responsibility for 16 employees. - Rail and tram Tender co-responsible- Hire and develop rail and tram team in COWI.- Co-responsible for railway and tram market in COWI Sweden- Co-responsible for rail strategy for Sweden include establishing new technologies.- Partial responsibility to establish new partnerships in railway between COWI AB, Sweden, COWI AS in Norway, Denmark and COWI COWI Polska.- Lead the overall rail systems package. Which include Mainline Electrification/Power Supply / Overhead Electrification/ SCADA/ Civil/ Telecom & Signaling, System Integration etc- Complete ownership of the project as per agreed Quality, Cost, Delivery and safety, Profit and loss. - Provide leadership and manage the Project Team.- Lead and co-ordinate all aspects relating to Signalling, Power, SCADA, MEP, Telecommunication and their integration with Track, Civils & Rolling Stock.
