Current7+years of Strong Experience in Delivering EAIS Integration Projects managing complete scope of AD and AMS Services. Career spread across as Sr. Project Manager , Project Manager, Support Lead in Handling multiple EAIS Support Project, end-to-end project delivery, leading teams.7+ years of experience spread across 3 Major Projects1. Pepsico - Technology Lead Support2. Adidas - Project Manager / Operations Manager3. Unilever - Sr. Project Manager / Operations ManagerFew Major Responsibilities:1. Handing project related to EAI Integration tools like TIBCO BW, ADMIN, EMS and Mulesoft2. Work with product owners and client stakeholders for demand management, capacity planning, demand intake and prioritization. (Resource Onboarding). 3. Having strong exposure and experience in collaborating third party vendors for Resource Onboarding, ECMS Creation and making sure Margin % is high in overall project4. Work with support, downstream and upstream system to manage downtimes, high priority incidents, etc, Join P1 and P2 calls and work with team to take it towards closure of Incident.5. Handle multiple work streams and work with Support teams to drive closure of long-standing issues6. Client stakeholder management: Communications, status reporting and driving improvements, Weekly and Monthly Reports on AD services7. Streamlined L1/L2/L3 and optimized SME layer to review and align the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Metrics ,Work with SME and architect to get all feasible improvement ideas (Automation or any simplified logics).8. Experience in handling team so that each team members works on Remedies related to PROD environment on priority basis and giving resolution so as Business is not impacted, and SLA time is met.
