 Streamlining guest disruption management processes and procedures, creating efficient recovery solutions, as well as strategically planning and coordinating with airline operations controllers to assess the impact of possible changes. Working and liaising closely with the senior management by providing periodic reports and updates on the progress of the interruption within the operations. Prepare brief and accurate reports on flight disruptions, impact on passengers, re-accommodation plans and recovery. Accountable for the tracking and management of flights overbooked as a result of equipment changes, schedule change, deliberate overbooking by revenue management and will construct solutions to mitigate the risk of denied boarding at the airport. This will involve coordination between Revenue management, Network Operations Centre and the effected stations. Responsible for delivering shift based reports to senior management around the day to day operations, quantifying irregular operations across the day and number of guests impacted as a consequence with the sole intent to create awareness around the network operations in relation to the daily on time performance of the airline. Initiating, designing and presenting challenges in day-to-day business operations while providing feasible solutions and recommendations to senior management.  Month on Month reporting on disruption, Guest Retention, displacement in accordance with the set departmental KPI’s. Ensure all discrepancies are reported in the Flight Handling Report (FHR) and make Manager Disruption aware of corrective action taken along with recommendation to prevent recurrence.
