Aetna business had planned to migrate from its existing Luminx platform to a more robust, flexible, configurable Cloud Insurer product by Majesco.Responsibilities:1. Agile Transformation: Provide leadership and guidance in the organization's agile transformation journey. Collaborate with stakeholders, senior management, and other leaders to drive the adoption of agile methodologies and cultivate an agile mindset in the team.2. Scaling Agile Practices: Assist in scaling agile practices across multiple teams and value streams. Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure alignment, coordination, and synchronization of work at the program and portfolio levels.3. Scrum Master Support: Collaborate with Scrum Masters to provide guidance and support in their role of facilitating team-level agile processes. Help Scrum Masters remove impediments, promote self-organization, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.4. Agile Planning and Execution: Facilitate the implementation of SAFe practices for agile planning, including Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.5. Bill Review (BR4) application is an existing legacy system in Workers Compensation domain which intakes all bills and processes them. It also adjudicates claims by interacting with other internal systems.This project aimed at migration from existing legacy system towards a more scalable EDI solution which reduces the operational costs and provide an efficient way to process the bills and claims.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Delivery Lead - As an onsite coordinator, lead Agile team of 12 people ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.2. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organizing, and monitoring of project activities. Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Track progress, identify dependencies, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.3. Communication Facilitation: Serve as a primary point of contact for all onsite activities and communication.Additional responsibilities undertaken apart from project work:1. Invoice Submission - a. Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients based on contractual agreements. b. "Keying Interface Tool" (KIT) was introduced as a single-source system to cater the needs of 3 legacy systems each having their own front-end and backend processing to process different types of health insurance paper claims which were complex in nature and was getting difficult to maintain.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement: Conduct blueprinting sessions with business teams to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.2. Aetna EDI Gateway Application is responsible for sending and receiving data to/from various sources which are in different formats and hence upfront validation and conversion of those formats are required before it can be consumed by Aetna systems.Roles and Responsibilities:•Subject Matter Expert for Solution design for upcoming projects involving Electronic Data Interchange and Real Time Transactions.•Led a team of 6 Developers for the Edi Gateway Application for Aetna Inc.•Handled quarterly production implementations for the EDI Gateway application which involve systematic co-ordination and synchronization across all the applications in Aetna, managing contingencies and back out planning.•Oversee the day-to-day activities, planning, and estimation of requirements.•Performed Impact Analysis, High and Low Level Designing, Coding, Unit and Integration Testing for Projects.•Mentored newly joined team-members, making them productive in a very short span of time.•Member of the 5010-Conversion Team responsible to convert the X12 Transactions exchanged by Aetna from 4010 format to the new 5010 format.
