Principal Engineering Lead - Sre | Sr Service Architect
Currento Technically Leading and managing onshore & offshore team of 15+ engineers. Mentoring and coaching them to help troubleshooting and resolving technical issues & blockers. o Customer interface for all the production issues, new requirements and improvements.o Coordinating with customer’s engineering team, product managers and development team for end to end design improvements, delivery and maintenance support planning, identifying and highlighting red flags/potential risks for production stability.o Working closely with project managers to review & identify gaps in customer requirements, design, functional, non-functional test plan and deciding production deployment strategy.o Incident & Problem Management: Handling major incidents and performed post incident reviews.o Change management: conducted a regular review, approval of change requests. Managed Environments, release cycles, testing cycles, coordinated infrastructure and project changes.o Establishing and rolling out better operations practices for team in order to improve productivity, quality & SLAs, including deployment prioritization, regular bug triaging and change reviews.o Improving process for onboarding new Platform services, ensuring adequate reviews and handover including documentation, detailed Runbooks, sufficient monitoring and appropriate escalation channels have been defined and agreed.
