*Earned promotion, from Counselor to Club Manager March 2013 – April 2013 As a Health Club Manager, Managed a team of 30 peoples, working for different departments. Planned & oversaw Sales, Client Retention Policies and Branch level Activities & Events, delivered increase in Sales by Rs. 2 Millions. Handled the complete Club Administration, Staff Recruitment & Training and Operations with basic support in Accounts. Client Servicing by providing them best service in the City, asking there feedback and resolving the issues, Regular Greetings, Customer Support by making Calls. Basic First Aid & CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Achieved Sales Targets through Promotion of Personal Training, Massage, Zumba and Aerobics.
